Time is right for the change
Today and more than ever we have an opportunity to encourage good old fashion capitalisms know how and start building our street lights right now.
American Tradesman (08-12-2008 publication)
What I think as an American tradesman
Unique to us Americans has been the opportunity to experience extra ordinary times and places in history like this global crisis we're all involved in as Americans and looking over some sample history we see it's never been easy being American. Living in America is a privilege that places people's dreams at the forefront of change. Living an America life and meeting some of the most interesting people has definitely defined my views of being American. None have been Fat Cats I know of and most consider it shameful that any CEO should be paid enormously when they especially don't own the company and answer to a public forum. I'll bet the board of directors who placed those Fat Cats in charge are likely Fat Cats themselves. Some physicians would be taxed more and pay more insurance to keep practicing under Obamanomics while the average person could gain more spendable income is how I see it. What a problem to have, yes? Myself I was born in a little place not far from where I am today where people still work the land and harvest crop. I've been voting all my life to keep what works and that's the message the Republicans used to preach. Today I'm comfortable voting for change again so that our voices can be heard. One day from our family history book a gentleman knocked on my ancestor's door. You see, Benedict Arnold had led a brave 600 souls from Massachusetts to Quebec City seeking support for the lower 13 colonies and their plan to succeed from England. Near death some of them, my family fed and warmed those souls and got them on their way to the City so they could get back home safe and sound. I trust I will always have the gifts provided by my forefathers that give us title to keep our right to own and work the land sacred and that has always given us the opportunity to learn and grow our America by being a part of its history always in the making. Learning from our past government gives us focus In fact so we should know a few things about taxes and why we pay them. I am from the most agricultural Americans in history today and I don't want any handouts given to anybody on any Fat Cat list since they don't deserve that kind of payment ever while small business owners struggle to make pay role and families are worried about their future and going without. My family has been paying taxes for generations so we can be free to work our land and have the liberties we all enjoy today by voting and working. It's never been easy being a farmer in America or anywhere else for that matter so I'm willing to pay more for what I need if it's what it takes but when I begin to feel like a hostage to a world financial crisis I'm sure it won't be increasing the taxes that will fix things right now, not today and that's how I feel. What will save us today is the vote we are all responsible for if we live as Americans so get out and vote in record numbers we did this election. Voting is the ultimate freedom of expression that we should never take for granted just like having a job allows for independence from debt. You don't need to time travel far to learn that we reflect what we believe in as Americans by our vote and the candidates we choose as our leaders who carry the plans for the fix. When things are bad world wide we're in it together and vote together we'll get ourselves out of this short term mess as our forefathers have taught us to do. We need to build America stronger at home, use our resources available and vote for a growing America!
Creating something new (02-2010 reprint)
Creating something new
Created in North Eastern America is a new street light standard. The new standard has been in development since 2005 and in 2009 a team of market professionals announced a major breakthrough that replaces all known street lights subject to the new standard developed by LRL. The product had to demonstrate significant advances in lighting technology that would be Eco-energetic-environmental-economic so to replace all existing street lamps worldwide.
It is my task to have studied the market impact and the significance of launching the new Standard in a control group of 170 cities and communities in North Eastern America. A day in history will pass when the first city to declare unanimously to adopt the new standard takes affect. What's remarkable is that the New Standard is a voluntary standard that allows for our individual right to choose a higher standard when it is presented as having exceeded the scientific process by overwhelming evidence that solves a major problem. When all the authorities we trust to execute due diligence in the study of the sciences advance our survival in a better planet conference and when all three conditions of survival are met the good news must be shared.
This is the story of a new product that is revolutionizing the street light as we know it by evolution of technology. Gone is the night glow, the glare, the energy guzzling and the toxics from our light source. Good riddance to high energy bills to light our streets. Welcome to a light that improves our vision by the recognition of color at night, eliminates night glow, has no UV rays to blind us and improves our sense of security from the dark. Welcome to a light that costs a fraction of what we now spend and has no negative environmental impact. All of these benefits have overwhelmingly solved some problems of old and is now available. Has your street made the list to change over yet? I assure you it will eventually when we can get it to you and that's a promise I intend to keep. Welcome to my world of light that I am diligently working on to this day.

The Magic Moment

Sometimes a magic moment just happens.
Every moment of time contains something special that happens to somebody somewhere that I can call the magic moment in time. The magic moment can also happen to groups of people somewhere as well. Then there's a magic moment that the world can experience together. Such moments of magic are so rare that they cannot be ignored by mankind and must be acknowledged by all as that moment with witch it was predicted long ago as destined to happen one day. The declaration of independence is one document we hear a great deal about and it will continue to be said that we in America have not only believed in that magic moment, we are bearing witness to the magic moments together with the world.
Not long ago mankind of any color that did not hold title to land in America was considered insignificant and indecent to vote. Not long ago a man of color and the cloth marched the streets of America proclaiming this magic moment would come because he believed that all mankind is created equal and had read fateful words written by our forefathers making brave proclamations. Not long ago we as a people in America delivered a mighty blow to mankind's power struggle and abolished slavery at home. Not long ago we as a people declared that all mankind has the right to live life in freedom, justice and in pursuit of happiness. Today the world must be in admiration of a system of government that encourages the value of life itself as a measure of freedom except that we have gone way beyond life itself. The realizations that a great deal more work needs to be done to be truly free as a world has only begun.
We need more magic moments.
Only a future writer will be able to write what our today actions have really accomplished. I am hopeful that we just sent a clear message to those not yet born and are traveling through a time that we're making choices that will have a positive affect in their future we hope. Our message is one that should be heard for generations to come and be as weighted as those words written by Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Anwar Sadat or Martin Luther King to name a few. There are other times and there will be more magic moments yet to be realized. I believe that history will serve us well again. We the people are what matters and we the people take the message to the world again through our united efforts in liberty by saying build and buy American.
President-Elect Obama must be feeling what we feel right now. My pride is his pride is your pride in America. Our frontier is the future and I see it as monumental in speed and glory for freedom, liberty and justice for all as ever. Although time is an instantaneous thing we measure I hold that a single moment in the making is magical because of how it can impact all of human kind and any kind anytime. Every instant of every moment is the right instant for somebody to make the journey that changes the coming moments for the good of the world. President-Elect Obama has just been given four years of instantaneous moments and I wish him God speed for our economic recovery. I hope to realize a better world tomorrow due to our magic moment of today. What magic moment can you think of? God blessed us all with many.
